Users may not use ServiceTooly for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, spam, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, security bypass, scraping that violates rights or access controls, or excessive automated activity. Users may not attempt cross-tenant access or expose another company's private data. Messaging and calling must comply with consent, identification, opt-out, telemarketing, privacy, carrier, and platform requirements. Violations may result in restriction, suspension, termination, preservation of evidence, or lawful reporting.
