This policy describes how 4Marketing, LLC, doing business as ServiceTooly handles information across servicetooly.com, search.servicetooly.com, ai.servicetooly.com, and related applications. A business using ServiceTooly may separately control information about its own customers and employees.

Information We Collect

We may collect account and business-profile data; user and role data; customer, lead, job, appointment, estimate, invoice, payment, review, and directory data; uploaded content; AI requests and outputs; email, SMS, call, and telephony metadata or content; consent and opt-out records; device, cookie, log, security, and approximate-location data; and billing metadata. Payment card details are generally processed by Stripe rather than stored by ServiceTooly.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, support, personalize, and improve the platform; authenticate users; operate directories and portals; process subscriptions and payments; deliver communications; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain audit records; analyze performance; and comply with law.

Disclosure and Service Providers

We may disclose information to vendors such as Stripe, Twilio, hosting, email, CAPTCHA, analytics, AI, and support providers; to a customer's authorized users; to authorities when legally required; or in a business transaction. We do not sell SMS consent or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Essential cookies support authentication, security, session continuity, and preferences. Optional analytics or performance technologies may be used as described in the Cookie Policy and any consent control presented.

Retention and Security

Information is retained for service delivery, account history, consent evidence, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, and backups, then deleted or de-identified when reasonably possible. We may verify identity and may direct a request to the business that controls the data. Marketing email may be unsubscribed from; eligible SMS may be stopped by replying STOP.

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations used by service providers, subject to applicable safeguards.
