Terms of Service
Operational website policy · Version 2026-09-07
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
Agreement and Company
These Terms govern access to and use of ServiceTooly, a SaaS platform and service-business directory operated by 4Marketing, LLC, doing business as ServiceTooly, including servicetooly.com, search.servicetooly.com, ai.servicetooly.com, related applications, portals, communications, and services.
Accounts and Business Responsibility
Account owners must provide accurate information, protect credentials, control invited users, and use the service lawfully. Business users are responsible for their own customers, services, pricing, taxes, licenses, communications, and compliance. Agency accounts may manage authorized child workspaces; each workspace remains subject to role and tenant-isolation controls.
Subscriptions, Trials, Promotions, and Renewal
Plan price, billing interval, included features, usage allowances, trial terms, promotional conditions, and renewal terms are disclosed at selection or checkout. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Changes take effect as shown in the billing flow. Taxes and third-party processing charges may apply. The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Customer Data and Permissions
Customers retain their rights in data they submit and authorize ServiceTooly and its service providers to host, process, transmit, secure, and back up that data to provide the service. Users must have authority to upload customer, employee, message, appointment, invoice, payment, review, AI-request, email, SMS, and telephony data.
Communications
Transactional email or SMS may concern account security, service operation, appointments, estimates, invoices, payments, or support. Marketing communications require separate permission where required. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to eligible SMS to opt out and HELP for help.
Payments and Third Parties
ServiceTooly may integrate with Stripe, Twilio, email, analytics, AI, accounting, and other providers. Their terms may apply. Connected businesses, not ServiceTooly, are responsible for services sold to their customers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Acceptable Use, Suspension, and Termination
The Acceptable Use Policy applies. We may restrict or suspend access for security risk, fraud, unlawful activity, nonpayment, abuse, or material breach. Customers may cancel through the available account or support process.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every communication, business outcomes, or third-party availability. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Changes and Governing Law
Material updates will be posted with a revised date and any notice required by law. These Terms are governed by applicable United States and Florida law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply elsewhere.
