SMS Messaging Policy
Operational website policy · Version 2026-09-10-v1
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
Programs and Senders
ServiceTooly and participating service businesses may send transactional texts concerning account security, service operation, appointments, estimates, invoices, payments, technician status, or support. Marketing texts are a separate category and require separate permission where required.
Toll-Free Account and Support Program
The ServiceTooly toll-free messaging program is limited to account, scheduling, billing, and customer-support texts. Enrollment is optional, uses a separate unchecked checkbox, and is not required to purchase, register, or use the service. It does not authorize marketing messages or enrollment in another messaging program. When selected, consent is recorded with the phone number, user and tenant, timestamp, form source, consent-text version, program identifier, IP address, and user agent.
Frequency, Charges, and Eligibility
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Not all carriers or devices are supported. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to an eligible message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@servicetooly.com. We honor supported opt-out requests and do not use revoked consent for marketing. Certain non-marketing messages may be sent when independently permitted or required by law.
Privacy
Telephone numbers, message content, delivery events, consent, and opt-out records are handled under the Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
