Transactional Email

ServiceTooly may send account verification, password reset, security, appointment, estimate, invoice, payment, service, and support messages needed to operate the service.

Commercial Email

Commercial messages identify the sender, use accurate routing and subject information, include required disclosures and a valid postal address where applicable, and provide a working unsubscribe method. Opt-out requests are honored within the period required by law. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential transactional messages.

Business User Duties

Businesses using ServiceTooly to send email must have a lawful basis, use accurate sender information, honor suppression lists, and monitor any campaign sent on their behalf.
